It is possible to connect with the ancestral realm and assist in the resolution of long held wounds, griefs, traumas, grudges, abandonments or disloyalties. Ultimately the role of the Ancestry is to support the living. Our ancestors want to look after us, to pass down their wisdom and insights and to use their, ’birds eye view’ to guide us. The more we do to unblock the love and support that is trying to flow down the branches and generations of our family tree, the more interconnected we feel in the context of our day-to-day life. Often, we find that burdens we have been carrying were never ours but had been handed down from previous generations. As inter-generational traumas are recognised, burdens can be returned to their rightful owner and resolved.
As with remote rebalancing, these sessions last approximately 30 mins during which time I will determine which ancestor or branch of your family is most ready resolve wounds and reconnect to current and previous generations. It is not necessary for you to know the details of your family history, usually the ancestor requiring support will step forward and reveal which side of your family they are from, how many generations back, etc. During the session I will write down all that is shown and then go over the notes with you in the follow up call.
